Order and Shipping FAQ
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship in 5-7 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. This is the processing time for your order and does not inlcuded the actual time it takes USPS to deliver the item.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order up to 12 hours after placing. Please send a request through Contact Us.
Can I return my order?
We accept size exchanges. Please send a request through Contact Us. Shirts that have customization can not be exchanged for a new size.
As the buyer you are responsible for making sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Ravelled Knits ships USPS First Class with tracking. Tracking information will be sent to the email left at checkout. Ravelled Knits is not responsible for any delay of your package through the USPS. The 3-5 day shipping time for First Class is an estimate given by USPS and during certain times of the year (holidays) it is not uncommon for 3-5 day shipping to take longer. Please contact your post office for any information on the location of your package. They will be best to help you with locating your item.
If a package is marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout and you can’t find it (stolen, misplaced, etc.), please contact your Post Office. We can not replace an item that is marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Do you do custom work?
Yes, all the time! Please send a request through Contact Us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes, we do! If you are ordering over 15 shirts of the same design, please send a request through Contact Us for special pricing.
